Position Overview:This position is responsible for the operational support and maintenance of software and hardware at the Little Blue Book based in Avon CT. This position ensures the operational integrity of the software and utilities used at the location in a MS-Windows environment. Specifically, this position will maintain/install software on both the servers and users desktops, create/review production fax forms and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on both desktops and servers.Position Responsibilities: Review/maintain Teleforms software and forms used in updating of the database. Prepare fax forms, setup fax projects Perform technical administrative tasks including backing up servers, creating desktop images Serve as liaison with the Portland office to resolve issues with the internet based database tools Respond to users technical problems Entry level software and/or database development. Work with users to define requirements for hardware, software and applications Support |
